EVENTS - ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By purchasing a ticket to, registering for, or attending any event hosted, organized, or promoted by Orchard ("Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk. Attendance at any Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, and loss, whether caused by the negligence of Orchard, other attendees, venue conditions, third parties, or otherwise. By attending an Event, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, discharge, and hold harmless Orchard, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and any venue or third party involved in hosting the Event, from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses arising from or related to your attendance at, or participation in, any Event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Venue and Third Parties. Events may take place at venues not owned or operated by Orchard. Orchard is not responsible for the condition, safety, or security of any third-party venue, nor for the acts or omissions of venue staff, security personnel, or other attendees.

Private Residence Events. Some Events take place at a private residence or other property not owned or operated by Orchard. The owners, occupants, and hosts of that property are not organizers of the Event and, together with Orchard, are released under this notice. Guests must respect the property and its neighbours, including noise and parking, stay in the areas designated for the Event, and are responsible for any damage they cause. The Event address is for ticket holders only and must not be shared publicly.

Age and Alcohol. Events where alcohol is available are for guests aged 19 and over. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at entry. Alcohol will not be provided to anyone under the legal drinking age or anyone who appears intoxicated. Guests are responsible for their own consumption, behaviour, and safe transportation home. Orchard is not responsible for the actions of guests who consume alcohol or other substances.

Safety and Security. We may check ID and bags at entry. Weapons, including replica or prop weapons, illegal drugs, and anything that could harm others are not permitted. Guests may be asked to show their face to confirm ID at entry. Capacity is limited, and re-entry is not guaranteed. Orchard may refuse entry, remove anyone without refund, and contact emergency services if needed.

Personal Property. Orchard is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at any Event.

Photo, Video, and Audio Release. By attending an Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grant Orchard a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such photos, video, and audio for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, without compensation to you.

Conduct and Right of Refusal. Orchard reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove without refund, any individual who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior at an Event.

Cancellations. If Orchard cancels an Event, ticket holders will receive a full refund of their ticket price. Orchard is not otherwise liable for any loss or inconvenience (including travel or other costs) caused by an Event being postponed, cancelled, or altered due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including weather, venue issues, or acts of third parties).
